I’m 6 years in coming here w no relief in sight for a skin disorder on my face, it burns, blisters, itches, peels, my eyes swell shut weekly, 24/7/365. It is an embarrassment to even go out in public. Dr Murphy has no concern or compassion. Need an urgent referral for Duke & he will not give me one simply bc he can say “no”. If I were his wife he would have sent me years ago. Pollard did the same. DONT GO HERE! Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere.

My experience here was probably the best doctors visit of any kind that I can recall. My appointment was for 9am, they called my name at 8:55. I was talking with Lauren Cowell after about 5 or 10 more minutes and I’m in my car typing this at 9:20. I’m so impressed, I expected it to take forever. And it wasn’t a rushed experience either. I could tell that Mrs. Cowell genuinely cared about my situation and went above and beyond to answer my questions. It was well worth the drive from Jacksonville and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

My husband has been a patient of Dr Polo for a long time. He is always so courteous and helpful. The appointment this week was stressful for him and both Dr Polo and both ladies that helped were fantastic. Wouldn't see anyone else!
