I had booked my birthday party here because all the other local places were full. I was thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. There is no guest service here and the food quality was below average. All my guests were unhappy with their experience. When I asked for milk with our tea, Pamela made a face and asked "you want milk with THAT tea?"in this judgey tone. The other English lady brought out food and shouted "where is the blonde lady??? I was told to bring this out to the blonde", which was so unprofessional. The food was not presentable on tiered plates like you'd expect. The sandwiches were okay at best and the salmon sandwich was canned salmon (not lox). The soup came with Ritz crackers. The scone was small and dry. The tea room has no music and just awkward silence. On top of everything they also charged us wrong on the bill. Overall worst high tea experience I've ever had. Please do yourself a favor and skip this place.
