The landlord to strict makes you pay for fees for no reason and he ugly ash ,bro gotta problem with everything ,never can say it to your face, and if my people have to pay for one more fee then we gonna have problems Frfr!!

You would probably have to call the office and ask. But I never liked the place, cant work on your vehicle in the driveway or have guest park in the yard.
