Went do get drive up COVID test number on the sign is wrong had to go in gave me a different number had to go back out side for test and now wait 3-4 days for results what a waste of time and moneyMr. Ridl, I apologize for the inconvenience. The number on the sign is correct, so I am so very sorry that you had this trouble, especially when you weren't feeling well. There are different types of COVID tests and that determines how long the results take. Most places do not have results any sooner than the 3-4 day window. I do not believe you will be charged for the test. Again, I apologize. Thank you for your feedback.

Go in there for shoulder and neck pain. The only thing they was worried about was if I had a mask. I will never go back.I couldn’t even lift my shoulder to put a mask on if I wanted to.Mr. Strait, I apologize that you were hurting but it is our policy, as is for all hospitals currently, that you wear a mask at all times. This is to protect both you and our medical team. We hope you are feeling better now.

I got my covid shot here. I been here three times with my family member in past month go get covid shots. Everyone that we encountered was super friendly and willingly help us answer and questions. They have the best customer service.Thank you so much for your kind words! Thanks also for getting your vaccine!

Cold hearted nurses and doctors. Wouldn't even look at me when talking to me. Went for injured leg. They never even looked at it. Sent me for ultrasound and said no blood clot. And walked out. No diagnosis nothing. Then as I was leaving lady at er desk, I tried to ask her a question. She rolled her eyes at me and turned her back to me and wouldn't even answer my question about getting my test results for my primary Dr. Worst ER ever. If you want to live don't go here
