Im a traveling welder the staff are very friendly they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They are very family oriented and very respectful of privacy and cleanliness. I would comeback here again for business or pleasure.

I stayed here twice, first time was just ok but my second time here was really good, is more clean, they have shampoo and body wash in the shower. I like my second time here, is good to see how business are improving them self, also the men was really nice, friendly staff:)!

When I made my reservation I forgot to request a downstairs room. When I got to the Benton Inn I asked the gentleman if he had a downstairs room. He replied I have one left it's a smaller room and has a full bed. He offered me to look at it, I told him thank you but it will be fine. Once we got to the room it was clean. No odors, little warm but after turning on the AC it was fine. Didn't see ANY DEAD BUGS OR BEDBUGS. Will suggest to owners to put small coffee makers in room. Nice stay.

Our bathroom fan was extremely loose (like vibrating the entire building) & very loud, so much so I was afraid to leave it on overnight for light, for fear of disturbing the neighboring room. I called the front desk to ask if there was anyone staying in that room. Unfortunately it was occupied & his statement was that he didn't want anyone disturbed. LOL I informed him it sure wasn't my fault & I was just trying to do the right thing! The sink was a pedestal with no counter & no mirror/counter elsewhere either which makes it hard for anyone trying to do hair & makeup. The room was small with hardly any space to use the table & chairs. Parking is very limited & beds are worn out! The entire motel is very run down, but it is clean. The morning of our stay, the police showed up & went to one of the rooms, I bet it's a fairly common occurrence! We had to add on a second night (we had a funeral in the middle of the day so couldn't check out & move to a different motel), the second night was a few dollars more than the first night. It wasn't even worth the lesser amount & certainly wasn't worth any more! If you have no choice, it's better than nothing, but I couldn't recommend the Benton Inn.
