The Newland office is always a great experience unlike the Boone office they're very friendly and cordial, I went twice today and the line was the same to both time look at the picture if you've ever lived in another state you will appreciate it.

No stars if I could! Dude was rude, and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed putting us off and inconveniencing us! They need to be open more hours and days, and hire a second employee to do road tests and such. You would be better off going to Spruce Pine or Boone!

Hilarious encounter with Barney Fife! I called to inquire about registering my vehicles in this county (thinking the funds would be welcomed) and the DMV process. The man told me he had no idea what I needed to do! Guess he doesn't live here or own a car. LOL. Fine with me...I'll give the revenue to Mecklenburg County.
