They failed to pick-up my garbage receptacle on Friday that I put out Thursday night. I called when I realized 2 days later. Theybtold me the driver log said my receptacle was not out for pick-up. Intoldnthem i had security footage date stamped that showed me taking it out to the curb, so I was confused as to why. I was told they would schedule another pick-up before the next scheduled pick-up...great. It was never picked up. I called again amd the gentleman said he'd "open an investigation". I didn't here from them and called again to find out what happened because nothing was done and I missed a week of trash. This time I was told that the person noted that I was instructed to put my extra trash out with my receptacle. I told that he did not, he only told me he would "open an investigation", otherwise I wouldn't of had garbage stacked at my front door waiting for the receptacle to be emptied. He told me the person I spoke to did and was getting huffy as I was getting huffy. So the outcome of this was that I was full of it and out of luck. Absolutely nothing was offered to me for the lost week of pickup. I have had this service at this address for 8 years and never had a problem like this. And I have never been told I am basically lying and too bad. Worst customer service I have ever received from anyone.

Can not speak to someone locally about an issue. It is really annoying when you talk to a rep and they are somewhere else besides GP and have no clue what you are talking about.

We needed to get some stuff cleaned out of our garage because we were moving we called the republic waste services of grants pass and the schedule for Christmas and through the new year was no interuption in services through the new year, so we get there and people are being turned around and told no that are closed it was 3:00 pm and close was at 4:30 they told us to leave and we tried to explain we have to have everythi g out of storage tonight we need to dump this stuff and he said we were wrong that it didn't say they were open , the problem is that this is not the first time this has happened and so it gets very aggravating, and we are not the only ones it happens too peoe depend on places like this to make a living , decide on weather or not they will be starting on other jobs depending on them to be open when they say, I understand that it is new years and that is exactly why we called , so what is the problem why are so many people supposedly misinformed but yet there is someone there to turn everyone around , I DONT LIKE BEING LIED TOO BY THE PEOPLE THAT CLAIM TO HAVE INTEGRITY ON THE WEBSITE AND SOMEONE OWES ALOT OF PEOPLE AN APOLOGY and I'd Say a discount for the time that they wasted of ours I can assure. You I wouldn't be able to ever dump my trash if I decided that even though it said a certain amount was owed I just decided it was different , so what about my time the three times this has happened , absolute disgrace as a business

Terrible customer service!!! Patty was being rude and not helful. If I could give zero star I would for customer service department.
