Website allowed me to schedule my fingerprints and I go there for my scheduled appt with email confirmation to find out they don’t do it yet still have it on website. They haven’t done it since Covid, over 2 years and haven’t removed it from their site?!? This was time sensitive.

I called to get pricing information. I asked the man on the phone a question to clarify what the total amount would be and he hung up on me. If he needed to take care of a customer in front of him he could have asked to put me on hold and come back to me after he finished.

Don't go here you've been warned they will steal your packages lie to you the general manager Leah will have everything canceled make sure you use somewhere else this place is a con and a thief I will be contacting the BBV and the News these pictures of the packages or what's left of my family heirlooms one package is completely missing and yet they deny any wrongdoing whatsoever the management here is absolutely horrendous they do absolutely nothing but laugh about how corporate will do nothing and they will do nothing they will help you in no ways at all they will keep your money lie to you and Rob your property stay away go anywhere else but this UPS store..
