Came here three times to do linens and towels that do not fit in my rental unit's washer. Scary clientele. Some young thugs entered through the back door and hung out at the rear continually scanning the place, looking over their shoulders, and loudly carousing. Place is tired, run down at the heels and dirty too. On my third visit, I noticed one washer I was using finishing a rinse with a still soapy load. I rewashed, this time without any soap in an attempt to rinse. This brought my total cost for one load of laundry to $12. The second load washed and still was foamy and soapy at the end. I contacted the manager. SHE TREATED ME LIKE DIRT. Said she couldn't see it. I must have put too much soap in. I must be the problem Too darn bad. Walked away from me mid sentence. Now I go to Wash U Coin Laundry on Wilson and Magnolia. Cleaner. Nicer clientele (families not gangsters). And $3.50 per wash in better equipment that works. Free dryers. All in all better.

The staff is decent. Some of the dryers don't work at times. A sign would be nice
