I will never return to this location after today. Today, September 1 2022 I had to drop off a package and I asked them to put a small piece of tape on it to make sure it's sealed and they actually charged me $2.14 to do that. Now for about 1 year I would use them to mail out packages for me so they have made money on me but no more. I get you need to make money but you charge $2.00 for a piece of tape 2 inches by 1 ? Thats ridiculous. I wish you luck- you will need it.

The staff today were very friendly, and quick! He even educated me on my Amazon returns to make it easier for me for next time!

Came to ship off a small package (bath bombs). Out of curiosity, I asked how much was it without tracking, Alex rudely told me I could go to usps if I wanted cheaper options. I was just curious man. That's all. But thanks, I will gladly go to usps next time since they are much friendlier over there. Also, a gentleman who walked in asked the lady with the braids he needed a letter notarized, she replies with "just wait". Man yall really need some training on your customer service. Just be nicer. Have a blessed day. 🙌
