From check in to our departure, we had a great time and had nothing but a positive experience with Elliott Rentals. We look forward to seeing you next year!

We stayed at Chase August 27th-September 3rd. The only reason I am giving one star is for the location and the view, as everything else about the vacation rental was awful and deserved zero stars. The outside of the house was clearly not well maintained, and in fact had layers of peeling paint in several different colors. The wood on the deck was falling apart and there were several areas you could not step on as they were rotten. There were even pieces if roofing shingles underneath the bench seats on the deck, as if someone hid them there. Inside the house had obviously not been cleaned, as there were items from the previous renters left behind. The mattress pads were dirty, disgusting and stained horribly and the fact that I paid $200 for linens and we had to make the beds ourselves was ridiculous. When I called about how dirty the house was, the women on the phone was completely frazzled and said she would put in a work order for me, however no one ever came. Also to note, the view out back was wonderful, however, you couldn’t see it because the blinds didn’t open. The pictures posted online by elliott realty also did not depict the true nature of the house and even the furniture did not match. I wish I would have taken more photos to show how dirty and disgusting the carpet was, which was not vacuumed at all, and the chunks missing out of the counter tops. This was not worth the almost $5000 a week that we spent, especially since the first day of our vacation was spent cleaning

I was very disappointed in my rental. The view and the balcony were stellar. But then I saw the threadbare carpet in the living room, the broken blinds, no window treatments in any room at all...curtains, etc. There was an adequate amount of glasses and plates, but cooking was a challenge because there were only two, fairly small frying pans. PLEASE, let people know who are renting this, that they also need to bring hair dryers...4 bathrooms and not one! There were also no pot holders or dish towels. This place could be amazing, but needs a LOT of TLC!!!

I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach every summer for years. Several years ago, I discovered Elliot Beach Rentals. The rates are amazing compared to going directly through some of the hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. I especially love how easy it is to navigate a search for properties on their website and having the ability to see multiple pictures of each until is helpful in the decision making process. I am always quick to recommend Elliott to my clients and colleges. I have stayed in both the luxury and updated categories (red and yellow beach balls on the website), and was pleasantly surprised with both. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about Elliott Beach Rentals sooner!

They do. Not many tho. Need to book as soon as you can.
The City of North Myrtle Beach does that, I believe... it would be best to ask Elliott Beach Rentals for the phone number to have this done though.. they would know who to call and give you more accurate, detailed information on this. They're open late too, so give them a call and I'm sure they could assist you.
Where was that one? Hard to find
They only do weekly in the summer and they have some monthly in the winter. 3 months max.
Very few for summer. Fyi dogs are not allowed on beach during day hours during summer. Check before you book.
Call the office there. The staff is great and will try to work it out if they can.
Call Ellicott beach rentals
Give it a little while and try again
I have to agree with Tabitha. My husband even called the resort rental office for prices. The place we rented through Elliot was 1700.00 for the month of February. The resort directly was 2200.00 for the same place. The only complaint I have with Elliot is I hate their linens. The bed sheets are not very nice. Towels were ok.
Hello Nancy, those 2 places I can't say, but we go down to Myrtle Beach in April and October and we always swim inside and out if we want
Email them or go threw elliot rentals website. Calling them worked well for me
When we stayed, there was info on the fridge regarding mandatory evacuations.
No. We currently have houses and condos in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach only.
