Bought a $200 chainsaw and was promised I would have no issues if I use their Moto mix. After using it for two hours the chainsaw wouldn't start and they charged me $100 to get it going. When I purchased it they told me I would have no problems ever and they would take care of me. They didn't even try to see what the problem was on the chainsaw they just charge everybody $100 for a tuneup without even telling you what the problem is. So basically it's $100 to get your chainsaw started no matter what. It's frustrating because I believed in them but they lie just like anybody else and charge you whatever they want. Is there anywhere in Wilmington you can trust to get your small engine repaired?

Best place to buy the Stihl 261, which in my opinion will get you the most respect from the staff, neighbors, and friends while still being a great value!

Cape Spear Customs

Seem to always have what you need. Repair times can be rather long. However, if you buy your equipment from them you get bumped up in line. Prices are ok for Wilmington area. One thing that kinda rubbed me wrong was I called and and got a price quote. When I got there the item was on the shelf with the same price. When I walked up to pay for it it was +15. When question the older gentleman was basically like ~Do you want it or not?~. There was not one ounce of let’s see what we can do. Keep in mind the price was written all over it.
