I love pelican family medicine! I’ve been going here for 15 years and I am glad I switched. Jennifer is the best! She listens to her patients and tries her best to do everything possible to solve your issue. If she can’t she’ll refer you to someone else. Everyone here is nice and helpful too. They do stay busy so sometimes it’s hard to get through them on the phones but keep calling and you’ll get through. Hope this helps!

I used to love this office! However the past two weeks have been extremely difficult and stressful! My daughter is in pain and currently undiagnosed! We have called and called and called. Me and my two daughters calling multiple times a day, messages not being returned! Medical orders for testing not being received! Even prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy, and because they won’t call back or answer the phone my daughter had to have someone drive her back to the office to find out where her prescription was! This makes me sick to my stomach that they are not doing their job! I called and left a message at 9:30 am and they ask not to leave multiple messages, I respected that and well all day went by and now they are closed with no phone call back! In the mean time my daughter can’t work and someone has been staying with her 24/7 for almost 2 weeks because she can’t hardly move!! You would think they would care enough to make sure her testing orders were received! I’m beyond disgusted! I bet if it was their kid they would be on the ball!!

Place is so unprofessional. Made an appointment over the phone and confirmed date and time multiple times over phone. Show up at appointment and they told me the wrong week. Good thing I didn’t need medical help or anything. Peoples lives your messing with

They're so amazing Dr, Miller listens to your concerns and works tirelessly to find a solution they also offer services that most don't they really care and that's hard to find , I've been with them for almost 10 yrs now .
