Yes they covid rules in place, this was before this spike and lockdown. Not sure what is going on now I don't live there and haven't had to go back yet.
6AM until 10PM
Pretty strict on masks being worn inside and no sit down dinning take out only.
Daniel is about right however remember this is a breakfast place so if you're looking for steaks for dinner you might be better off with a different restaurant.
I'm sorry you had a experience that was less than expected. I'm hoping you brought this information to the attention of the staff on duty so they could ensure the bartender provides excellent service the next time around, especially if they are new.
