This place is a circus do not trust these people with your credit card info I asked the small blonde yesterday if I was being double charged she told me I would have to get back with her she was too high to concentrate right now needless to say I was mad when I asked her who was in charge she told me she was, i asked her did she not care she had cameras on her I 2as shocked when she told me they can't hear my conversation anyways. Save yourself the headache by NOT. Getting a membership to this place. Way to go take 5 for great management...

Went through it once soap pouring off the back side of my car. Went in and told them they said we got you. Go back through gave me the same car wash and still soap on the back side of my car. I just needed a rinse. Just pass on by this wash.

A big selling point of a Wash n roll membership was having access to all Wash n roll locations. The Tullahoma location has sold to international car wash group. Now, my membership is only valid in Tullahoma. Wash n roll has sold my information to a third party without my consent. I have been trying to cancel my membership for three weeks, unsuccessfully. I called their customer support line and was instructed to contact International Car Wash Group to cancel. Veronica, with customer support, provided an invalid phone number. I said she would have her supervisor “Conner” call me back. Conner never called. I went to the Tullahoma location and asked for help. They said I have to call International Car Wash Group and provided a different phone number. No one ever picks up and no one ever returns my messages. The entire process is designed to prevent you from canceling. Very unfair and abusive business practices. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
