A local community service organization that provides a range of services for low and moderate income people living in Humboldt County. The old house they are located in is a beautifully maintained example of high quality Victorian architecture.

ummmmm there are 12 months* in a year so I suppose the answer is yes.

We have previously contacted you, and are on the waiting for installation of double pained windows. Initially, no money would be required. The total costs would be place as a lean on our home mort. When will this happen? What will our contract say?
