Waiting for 45 minutes to get the AVR VAN RENTAL shuttle from Airport to rental office, Also Waiting on the line for more than 1hr to get the van is unacceptable! Never ever again

Great prices advertised but you have to take their shuttle to the off-site... And the shuttle never comes. Plus no one answers the phone when you call. I think this company is a scam.

When we arrived there was only a single front desk person. It became obvious as we stood there for some amount of time that a short lady with a very tight small ponytail seem to be late for her shift. When the ponytail lady arrived she proceeded to harass us even though our van was 90 minutes late and they were still cleaning it in the back. The young Latina that helped us out was an absolute pleasure to work with even though she was highly stressed from having a long line of people because the ponytail lady was late for her shift. It's obvious that whoever manages this location is inept. This establishment is best avoided.

Very poor customer service We are coming here for return vehicle but they closed the property and wired instructions for parking..
