I’ve been staying here since they were still renovating. Never had any issues with anybody. The leasing office managers are on top of their jobs. Marvin specifically is the go to person for literally anything. Always comes in clutch when I’ve told him problems that I’ve had with the laundry room or my apartment never hesitates to help me out. Overall, great apartment complex, quiet neighbors, and everyone is so welcoming.

The place is great, but what really makes it amazing is the management and location. Marvin the property manger takes care of any problem with a great turn around and the location allows for you to go to any part of the bay with ease. Only think I would change is the trash room which needs a better plan.

Marvin, he has the most face around with the residents and wears all the hats. Despite how busy he is, he goes out of his way to check in with every resident that passes by. Marvin has been a big help whenever something is needed, He is always ready and willing to assist with any questions or concerns no matter what time of the day or night He genuinely cares about the safety and well being of the residents. I would honestly say, he is the Man of 1919Market and he sets the bar high of what every property management needs.
