The apartment complex is ran poorly. Garbage is always left out with trash everywhere. The place is power washed once a year. Kids are left unattended causing havoc . Most of the time, the resident are not able to use the amenities described in our resident contract. The pool area is hardly cleaned. Washing facility is always dirty and the machines are constantly breaking down and leaving puddles of water on the floor causing a liability issue. The onsite maintenance is terrible with cleaning and keeping up the property. The photos are promo-illusions. I am not an irate customer, I am a concerned resident.

Terrible place to live, you can basically consider it an upscale project community. There's lots of thefts, and constant parking arrangement issues.....In conclusion, turn back now, while you still can.

Rude woman over phone HUNG UP ON ME MID CALL. Waited for someone to answer and when they finally do that's what you get... Don't waste your time.
