They work slow on purpose only 2/1 teller the only person that seem to like they speak is the security hire more tellers or atleast have them communicate than jus to leave instead acting like they can’t see a huge line

Used to bank at Wells Fargo. Like Golden 1 much better. Happy I changed banks to Golden 1.

Sadly understaffed but staff are helpful if you get the chance to talk to them. Although if you have just moved Do Not waste time trying to bank here if you are from another state. You will spend quite a bit of time trying to set up and account only to be refused by the ranking system they use. Especially if you are a student here for school find a better place.

Nice staff just extremely slow and too nonchalant about being slow. Two tellers working and 3 or 4 other staff members sitting around at a desk with no customers.
