Arrived an hour before they closed. They don't allow people to wash two hours before they close. I'm fine with that policy, but the staff could be nicer about it. They wouldn't even allow me to use their change machine. It's not what you do, but how you do it. Nice goes a long way.Norrel Sorry for how you were treated, the next time please ask for Evelyn or Jeff and will give you $5 off your wash. Question what day were here and did you happened to get a name of the person? There is change shortage according to our bank, so we are not allowing folks to take the quarters out if they are not washing or drying and we are offering to buy back left over quarters. Kroger's supermarket self check out you can only use a credit card cause of the change shortage. Best Evelyn
