We ate at here yesterday (9/11/2022 at 945am).We were seated quickly(party of 5).Our order took quite long then when the server dropped it off she never came back to ask if we needed anything or ask if our order was correct. We needed more syrup and butter so asked the bus person(couldn't find the server) we needed more napkins(my husband got up and got them)as we were eating(Omelet was over cooked, Texas toast was chewy and hardly buttered).In the middle of eating the server drops the check and says no rush and runs. We needed to-go containers(again my husband got up to ask the bus person for them.) One member from our party went to talk to the hostess. So disappointing, she didn't say a word. There are so many choices for breakfast I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. I have tried to on the web site for your corporate headquarters and it says contact the site coordinator. Poor customer service all around.

Ordering on line was very easy. Curbside pick up was quick and the person bringing the food out was friendly!

I am honestly never disappointed with the food or service when I visit the Elmhurst location and my daughter's love it!!!
