I want to start out with the staff was kind and polite. But the hotel was horrible. The microwave was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty along the edge and the corners. No hot water in the shower. Lamps on side tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Ledge along backsplash in the bathroom were dirty the refrigerator didn't work properly stuff in the refrigerator froze. The vent in the air conditioning and heating unit was dirty the window ledge was dirty the rug was so filthy that my husband's socks were black and the bottom of my brand new slippers were black. I believe the carpet has never been shampooed.The sink in the bathroom drained very slow. The elevator was disgusting and had packing tape on the buttons because they were broken. When I booked the hotel, I was not told they weren't serving breakfast or that the pool was closed. I was only told that upon arrival. I can honestly say this hotel was very bad and I will never stay there again nor will I recommend anybody else stay there. Honestly I would rate this hotel a minus star. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.This needs to be posted to social media. Della Whitman -Cummungs

It's a HARD NO for me!!! Zero stars!!! This hotel is disgusting 😖! Quality Inn should be ashamed at these old pictures deceiving people online! This hotel looks abandoned in person. The pictures online must be from their grand opening. Look at how old some of the cars are in the parking lot (with the exception of the Cadillac). Trust me...you can't say I didn't warn ya 😬!

We arrived early and was accommodated with early check in for 4 of 5 rooms and the lady was polite. We dropped our bags to the rooms and went back out. Got back and none of our keys worked and the 5th room we were given had someone in it. Rooms and hotel very outdated. Tape on the buttons on the elevator. Shower heads falling out the wall. Moved to another room tub was disgusting. One room had gnats and we were told they'd nothing we could do. We decided to check out and go to another hotel. Staff was nice but hotel was a big no. No breakfast, no pool no ice.

Positive: We were in town for a roller skating competition and the hotel was clean and close to the rink. Sunday morning staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: No TV channels, when I called front desk they said they were having provider problems,they could have offered money back for the inconveniece No pool or no breakfast The Saturday afternoon lady who checked us in was on the phone and not friendly
