I have a prescription that every month needs to be renewed. I have to call on the day it is renewed because it is a pain medication. I call knowing that I can't do it ahead of time, I have tried to see if it can be added to the next days fills. They won't do it. Then when I call, I am put on a no priory pile. I can't eve take my morning pill because I have to wait for them to get around to filling the prescription. They are rude to you when you talk to them. So unsatisfied that they have no sympathy with someone. They are like nurse and should show empathy, if they can't do that, they shouldn't be in the business.

I waited 15 mins in line I’m so tired of being discriminated against every time o go into a pharmacy. Most unprofessional service I have ever received. Lady clocks in I finally get a shot in line when she comes to the register she goes “your prescription is not done yet” and walks away doesn’t give me a “oh they’ll be done in this amount of time” it the took another lady to come explain it to me. I’m so tired of the discrimination. Like I really am. The couple before me where being helped for over 15 mins being explained medication’s all I ask for is a fair shake and I can’t even receive that. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
