I usually stop during breakfast hours and eat inside. I like a nice ambiance, employees efforts to get the order right, lattes, frappes, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The wait time can be a little too long at times, but not unreasonable.

Went in to buy a pound of coffee today. Handed it over and I was asked "do you care how it's ground?" Um, yes, I do! So after waiting a moment for it to be ground, it was handed back to me. Now from my experience, I know that one of these bags should be pretty well stuffed full after being ground. This one was not. I get home and drop it on my postage scale. It weighs 12 ounces. Meaning that 4 oz or 25 percent of the coffee I paid for is either stuck in the grinder, spilled on the counter, or somewhere else! Nearly $4 worth of coffee, gone! Not acceptable! Thanks for reminding me why I don't normally go to Starbucks!
