The folks here have a great disposition despite the fact I see the same people every time I go in here. Clearly, they're short staffed but they still take time to be nice to everyone. The food is regular food, nothing that will blow you away but they people deserve the credit of bringing people in

Terrible, they smeared more butter than I have had in my entire life onto one bagel. I asked for it toasted and it was cold. The bagel bites were also very cold. My mother got a coffee and it spilled all over her because the lid wasn’t put on right.

Einstein’s has very good bagels they are the chewy stein stein kind not the crunchy. New York bagel has the crunchy kind. However the Einstein bagels has the one of the best specialty bagels.Thanks for the review, Howard. You should always expect fresh, tasty food and excellent service at Einstein Bros. Bagels.
