I ordered online but the store isn't open for me to get my food out of the portal. I had to wait in the long drive thru line. When I got to the window, I asked if there was any stuffed cheese bread and the young man said no. I was so sad about that. Otherwise every was good. They need to have the store open for people that order online so we won't have to wait in that long line. 😒

Usual I'm in and out but yesterday, the staff AND the manager was very unprofessional! They watched several of us customers stand at the door (which was locked) for about 10 minutes. They completely ignored us the entire time and our orders were complete, sitting in the portal which made no sense. We called inside just for them to tell us they were Drive thru only. Why couldn't someone out of the 5 or 6 of them just had us our orders made zero sense. We then had to wait in the line for the ppl in the drive thru to order, while our food was done long before their's. The manager refused to remake my order and tried to say that my food only sat in the portal for 7 minutes after I saw my food sitting in there since I had arrived 26 minutes prior standing at the door ALONG WITH THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT IT HAD BEEN PLACED IN THE PORTAL. My pizza was not hot and also dried out. My autistic child refused to eat it at that point. If you know anything about autistic children then you know they are very selective with what they eat.

Entered the drive thru line at 910pm....probably 6 cars ahead of me. Did not hit the window to order until 941pm at which time we were told nothing but hot n ready available after 930. I think there could be some vast improvement in the speed of service.
