3 star because their check process is very slow atleast 1 to 4 hours wait to get door and then 2-4 hours wait time at doors to get loaded. They load me got the paper work guy from warehouse sealed the trailer and told me you are good to go after 2 hours of drive broker called me and said they forgot to give you a paper which is important for delivery and I was 100 miles away from the warehouse already.

Employees have very bad altitude after 11 hours they give me dock my appointment 11.30 pm I check in 10.30 pm they give me dock next Morning if you picking load for this coustmer don't book your next load

They are open 24 hours, receiving shifts starts at 9 am, 1 PM and 1 am , you can always try to check in earlier they take you in early almost every time
Techically you could, but it's not formally encouraged and there are no facilities open at night.
