Sun-Ray RV & Boat Storage

Your belongings are in safe hands at Sun-Ray RV & Boat Storage. Our facility has an on-site staff, is fully fenced, gated, and under 24-hour video surveillance with active monitoring and police dispatch.

We require the vehicle to be operable and in good working condition. Additionally, a valid driver's license, insurance, and proof of registration is required.

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. We do not accept cash or check.

For our grand opening, we're offering all new tenants one month free. In order to qualify, tenants must store their vehicle for a minimum of 6 months. Your 7th month is provided as a credit.

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. For tenants that come to us through SpareFoot, we require a minimum 6 month lease to accommodate the associated booking fees we need to pay SpareFoot.

1. Sign up here or by clicking the button at the top of the page that says 'Book Now'. 2. Choose the stall size you want and follow the online registration process. 3. Once the registration process is successfully completed, you will receive an email requesting your required documentation. 4. Once the documentation is provided, visit our office between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday) to conduct the quick orientation. The office is the blue trailer located at our sister company, Sun Ray Landscape, which is directly west of the storage facility at the same address, 5044 Peabody Road. Our staff there will verify your documents, set you up with your gate code, and show you to your stall. In the future, new tenants can come and go on their own (without the need to check into the office) during access hours.

All of our stalls are uncovered.

Access hours are every day of the week from 6 AM - 8:30 PM. Office hours (i.e. someone on site to help answer questions) are Monday through Saturday 8 AM - 4 PM.

We are a new facility so we currently have a good amount of availability. Please visit our website to confirm if we have availability for your desired stall size. If the link says 'Move In', there is availability.

Our storage facility is located at 5044 Peabody Road, Fairfield, CA 94533. We are located directly east of our sister company, Sun-Ray Landscape Supply Company. Follow the yellow signs once you arrive at the address. The office (a blue trailer) is located at the landscape supply yard.
