That would mainly be up to Amtrak’s schedule in or around the station.
Unfortunately, the answer is no.
You can get a train from Oregon to Sacramento on the Coast Starlight, then either connect via the San Joaquin (depends on the timing) or via Amtrak-provided bus connection :)
