Update: Moved in less than 48 hrs and was accused of cutting a lock to wall plug covers. Informing me of the policy would have been enough, I didn’t argue, but really check your maintenance logs before you accuse customers especially new ones of such things. Multiple covers were unlocked on my floor and others. It was a very poor way to treat anyone. Googled, reserved and rented a unit here today. Very happy all around with the whole experience, including the unit I ended up choosing, physical building, overall layout and especially the staff. Ryan helped me out well past closing, followed up my online reservation and was prepped with a few different unit sizes and layouts to show me. I’m almost excited to do the actual work of moving my stuff into the unit. I’d like to highlight two things, 1. I run late on an almost genetic level (I feel very guilty, I can’t help it, I am working on it) and Ryan was super flexible and understanding, stayed late to get me set up, and did not cut short the “open house” part of seeing the different unit sizes and layouts (making me feel very confident as a client and with my decision). 2. I really appreciated the “salesperson-ship.” I felt I was upsold and down-sold, maybe “right-sold” (like right-sized) and not in a devious cialdini-influence way. A balanced blend of lower cost and larger space options with smart advice throughout, “Could you realistically downsize? Are there things you know you want to donate?” Strategies on how to best take advantage of the fall promo, and that kind of thing. Facilities look great (built in 2019) and secure (intact door frames and solid working security doors). Visitor parking is a little strange—just park on the street and walk uphill (the spaces are for the senior home). And google maps doesn’t have it quite figured out—the turn is before the senior home (right side if facing the hill). But with those small things out of the way and not an issue once you have a unit, I am stoked on the covered loading, climate control, more than 1 loading cart, working elevators, units without holes in the walls, doors that fully close, and kind helpful staff among other things that haven’t been my experience at other extra options nearby.

Hi Mary, our location does not have staff living on site. Instead we have today's top security features in place and some of the best hi-def security cameras keeping an eye on things for us.
