Avery need people with skills and knowledge that can run this place. Unfortunately this place is overseen by corrupted people and yes, tax payers money are taken for granted. That homicide on building 1 was not an accident , this place is been used as meeting place for lots of drug activities and more..Lots of homies around. Low class people have moved to Elk Grove. The machines din't work in the buss -center. That place has thin walls and ceilings you heard everything. People are dirty and the place is infested with cockroaches and rats. Tenants smoke marihuana and cigarette and this is a non smoking building. Is NOT a peaceful place as some of the reviews posted...
