As a prospective renter, I called and made an appointment to see a model I was told was told was available to see. I arrived on time at 4:00 (time per facility request). The doors were locked with an “office closed for training” sign on the door. An employee did open the door to collect the mail and I told her of the appointment. She told me that the office was closed and there was nothing available to show me anyway. If this is reflective of their customer service, business ethics, and management competence, I would strongly consider looking elsewhere.

Avoid this complex at all costs! Easily one of the worst places I've lived in. The management team is extremely lazy and the maintenance team does not respond to anything that takes more difficulty than bringing over a light bulb. The gate is always broken despite advertising that it is a gated community. When we first moved in our washer and dryer broke and they repeatedly tried to blame us for it when the machine was obviously ancient. It took weeks to get replaced. Most recently they do no care at all about noise complaints. My downstairs neighbor constantly has his bass on his stereo as loud as possible and they have done nothing about it; they even went as far as to say that they went to his door and didn't hear anything, even when I offered for them to come into our apartment and hear what it sounded. They even told me to call the police instead of them just going and dealing with it. They also lied and said they threatened eviction to the, but the noise continues. I'm convinced he's related to someone at the complex. I easily have a negligence case against them. The entire situation has caused us to give our notice and leave.

It’s been great living hear. The manager and employees do a great job on keeping this place looking good. The maintenance his kept up. Quick to fix repairs. I can’t be more happy with this apartment complex.
