A male employer there was extremely rude and inappropriate! As I was placing my order asked me 3 times in a rude fashion on what type of a bagel. I always say the type of bagel last after telling the details of the sandwich! Completely unprofessional and will never go back to that bagel cafe again because of him.

Who packs iced coffee inside a brown bag and doesn’t tell ya, and to add, it isn’t even secured properly? The sandwiches got soaked with cold ice and were ruined. Waited in line for an online order which said be there in 40 minutes, and it was just sitting there soaking without anyone knowing for 15 extra minutes…

Two stars only because the food is decent. Lines are typically out the door for this reason. The online ordering experience, however, is not even one-star worthy. First, there is no option to place your order over the phone. Voicemail directs you to their website to order online only. Patrons should be aware that website prices differ from in-store prices. I ordered four wraps online, paid in full. Each were $13 99. Upon arrival at the store, it was discovered that each wrap cost $9.95 in-store. This markup should be disclosed either on the website or on the voicemail. Upon entering the store I went directly to their designated pick-up line where I was ignored.... (until I caught someone's eye.) Plenty of staff around, eager to help customers who are placing orders in-store. I probably would have been served sooner had I waited in that line, but that defeats the whole purpose of online ordering, doesn't it. Next, both the chicken salad wrap and the tuna salad wrap I ordered did not include lettuce or tomato, as advertised on the menu. Disappointing. Get it right. Will not to return.
