Usually excellent. I was 6-8 weeks late on pick up and still haven't received my laundry. Can't find, going to pick up my son, will call you. That's 2 weeks ago. Will go in tomorrow again. Now unacceptable.

Worst place ever. The place is filthy with overfilled trash cans and garbage on the floor, The change machine was out of order so I went to the counter to grab some chance to do my wash and I was told no after the lady at the counter gave change to others after I left and before I got there. She said oh well and continued to give out change to others. Very unprofessional.

The Palace was clean? It was easy to grab a cart to transport my clothes or a table for folding. The machines were working, clean, and abundant.

They have this cool system PayRange which let's you pay with a cc on your phone and it tells you how much longer you have on the washer...but it still is just a laundromat

I have never had an issue here and always go here for the customer service,cleanliness and so many machines everyone is distanced. Love this laundry place
Yes .. and there are at least 3 proper banks with machines on block and right across street ...
They have coin machines and an attendant most of the time
