I was diagnosed with Positive covid by urgent care center I came around 10 pm at mercy medical emergency at Rockville center After speaking to the window nurse I was told go in a corner, there is no segregation seating I spoke to another male attendant I was told the same NY state should look into it, governor should take some serious action against this inhuman I am standing outside in cold just to segregate myself to the other patients. Before you come make sure protect yourself with covid because they have no precautions

The staff from emergency room is so slow. You can be dying in the waiting. And they still won’t attend you.

Beware of this emergency room and especially the nurse Eva. She is the nurse of death and gives a bad name to all nurses. Rude, rough, no compassion. She actually told my daughter to “be quiet—we have other patients” because she was crying from the intense pain of KIDNEY STONES!!! My daughter needed to urinate and needed the IV disconnected so she pressed the call button. One hour later no nurse had come so she shouted “nurse!!!” The nurse finally came in (not Eva—a different nurse) and before my daughter could say she needed to be unhooked from the IV to go to the restroom the nurse immediately said “you’ve already had pain medicine” because she assumed, incorrectly, instead of caring enough to ask what she needed. They are just a horrible ER, especially for minorities. Drive a little further and go to Northshore.
