I just called to get an appointment and they didn’t have any availability for new patients until 3-4 days later. Which it’s understandable. So I told the lady who answered that I will call back and thank you… the lady just hung up on me then I called back and told her she didn’t have to be rude and asked for her name and she hung up again. Really bad customer service!

I saw Dr Oranje for the first time yesterday and I went from being in horrible pain to feeling so much better. I was surprised at another review that said the parking lot was too small to park an SUV. It was actually large. The staff was so friendly and considerate. They wanted to know how I was feeling before and after my visit. I was grateful that the customers were nice too. None of them tried to enter without a mask expecting staff to give them a mask while they put others at risk. It was a fantastic visit and I will be going back!

My first impression when arriving when is the parking lot was small and full, so it was difficult to park our mid- size SUV.. once we were able to park, the front desk receptionist snarkily asked my husband and I if we had masks - we did not have masks and had hoped they would be able to provide a mask. The lady asked again if we had a mask to which we made another request for a mask. She said "no we don't have any we're running low on supplies.. you don't have masks? " I understand that masks are required, but I've never been in any medical office that didn't provide masks as a courtesy. The worst part was the receptionists attitude. Needless to say .. they won't be getting our business.
