If I could give a 0/5 I would. I had Susan as a stylist and it was the worst experience out of all my bridal appointments. She is so not LGBTQ+ inclusive. I kept saying my fiancée was a woman (constantly used she/her pronouns) and she did not get it. Refused to acknowledge that and kept using he/his pronouns. She was annoyed I changed the fit of the gown I was looking for mid appointment. Absolutely do not recommend.

Heartbroken and frustrated. I was talked into purchasing a size 18 dress off the rack and was promised their recommended seamstress could take the dress down to a size 10/12. Well the dress has never fit me the way it did when I was clipped in it when I purchased it. The seamstress has tried to make the alterations to make it fit me but I think she was fighting an uphill battle. Lesson learned - never purchase a dress that is more than one size too big. It feels that this shop was pushing a sale and doesn’t care about the final product since all sales are final. The owner clearly doesn’t stand by their product and image. Now I’ve spent $2000 on a dress I can’t wear. Stay away from this place! Find the perfect dress somewhere else!

Susan was so kind and helpful. She pulled dresses that she thought I’d like based on what I told her and who liked about other dresses. I recommend going here for your dress if you want an experience that feels special and compares to those tv moments! 💙
