My apartment doesn’t just feel like a regular apartment. It feels like home! And bonus the leasing staff there is amazing. They are very friendly and I love all the fun events they put on for us! Highly recommend Meridian Obici.

Last year of 2021 I can't remember the month but I went to y'all front office asking that I was looking for a 1 bed room apartment I remember it cost $1209 the was the rent and then when u ask me about the requirements u said $3,336 x more how can I go find me a good place that I feel comfortable in and u making it hard for me to make more money and my job I work at a warehouse I don't want to stay in low income apartments bc I want to live in meridian obici it feels safe and yeah I'm closer to home but everything is right there so please can we do something about the rent issue can we work this out bc I really want to live there.

It's all on one floor
Hi Denis. We are aware of how the speed has slowed down considerably due to more people working at home and also virtual schooling. At least 3 thousand but every year new lease they increase your rent. Plus you must have 100,000 renters insurance policy mandatory.
No waiting list but you don't want to move there. Their staff is horrible! Especially Zachary Davis! He harrasses the elderly
