I reached out to the company back in June to get a plaque for an employees 10 year anniversary. They said they would order it and could have it done in a month or so. I completely forgot until September so I called and spoke with Fidel- the owner- who had also forgotten. No big deal, I'm pretty understanding- especially since i also forgot. He told me he would order it, get it engraved, and it would be done in about a week and a half. Fast forward to October 18th- I've called and left 3 messages (that doesn't count the number of times I've called and NOT left a message- apparently they NEVER answer their phone), I've sent 3 follow up emails requesting a status update and they have yet to return my call. Again- I'm super understanding so if they'd forgotten about us (again) I wouldn't be mad... if they would have just responded and said so. At this point, I'm taking my business elsewhere since they clearly don't need it. Our company has used this business for all of their employee plaques- we love to support small/local business. Good luck if you decide to use this company- you're gonna need it!
