The bad reviews also show that I'm very very far from the only person with a problem at this location. The first time in my life I'm switching my prescriptions from a store, there's like 2 employees who aren't arrogant and disrespectful. Have a question? Too bad, LARGE 50+ year old woman's got an attitude about you making her do her job. Shameful people working here.

I went to my doctor Wednesday and they sent my prescription to CVS in Smithfield. I received a text from a CVS number telling me that they've received my prescription. I wait a few days (because they're always late on filling my prescription) and then go in to pick it up Saturday. They claim they've never received my prescription from the doctor, even though I showed them the text that said they had. There's a problem filling my prescription every single month and I won't be returning here

CVS is the only place in my area that carries a certain medication. Tried calling CVS to get it transferred to them so I can maintain my meds. A lady answered and told me to hold...I was on hold 40 minutes! I thought they may have forgotten they had me on hold so I called back again. Someone else answers and puts me on hold. Another 10 minutes go by. I've never liked this pharmacy for numerous reasons but I have no other option and I can't get ahold of anyone.

The rudest staff ever. I quickly remembered why I shop Rite aid. This location should have some customer service training or close the place!
