Their posted hours say they’re open but won’t pick up their phone. It’s been ringing now for 7 minutes and their annoying “sweet hello” voicemail tells me to continue to hold. This is not the first time.

Whats the point of having good cakes if they won't sell them. Woman kept telling us to wait for our turn and a person came after us , bought her stuff and left. Worst possible service. They have sooo much stuff on top of counter, staff couldn't even see us or pretended not to see us. They had all the cakes on the display and said they didn't. I wanted to buy the one on display. Just didn't pay attention. Go to a bakery and come empty handed, this particular red ribbon deserves zero stars
