No the kiosk is only for renew registration and nonoperation papers
If you have the smog check yes you can automatically the smog check place sent the report to the DMV
Before going to the kiosk you have to do the smog check for when you pay your sticker and leave in seconds of the machine you knew that once you do the smog check the DMV already has it automatically when you scan your registration otherwise it does not give you the sticker and you leave void
