Bad experience in this facility. After getting the wrong order , coming home , driving back and asking for the refund 2 employees and a manager couldn't figure out how to refund me $10.

WAY to cold to sit & enjoy your food! There was a hair in my Chicken nuggets & I asked for a plain Cheeseburger and was given everything in it 😩 So this was our 1st & last time visiting this particular Burger King! I love their burgers but they must make it to my liking! I'm paying for it right! & WITHOUT HAIR in my food! 🙃

I usually drive through. Staff has always been nice. That being said, lately, the drive through is so slow. I don't know if they are short staffed or what. I don't have any problems with my orders. But they are so slow.
