Terrible service. Constantly giving attitude for absolutely no reason. Tonight was the worst, no one in the drive thru but us, we only ordered three items, and yet it took so long. We were told to pull forward, pull forward where? Sixteen minutes after we paid, we finally receive our order, the man was rude and had an abundance of attitude. Telling us “for future reference, park.” Sir, for future reference, pull forward does not mean the same thing as park. 3 layer nachos and the quesadilla were stale. How do you mess those two up?

What a joke this business is. Who owns it has no concept of servicing customers. Second time store is on lock down, because no personnel available. The personnel that is there very good, not their fault.

I was disappointed by the condition of the food when it was given to me. I had ordered a #4 combo, which is a double del cheeseburger, fries and drink. The cheeseburger was squished to the point that you could not tell it had two patties without taking it apart. The bun was pressed down and the whole thing looked less appetizing than a public school cafeteria burger. Half the lettuce was in the box instead of being on the burger. I also ordered a del taco. It was so poorly wrapped that when I took it out of the bag, half of the filling spilled out. I've purchased hundreds of fast food tacos in my life and I've never had this happen. And it's not as though they were super busy at the time. I was the only customer inside the building to order (I ate in my car), and there was only one car in the drive-thru (and they handled that person's order ahead of mine) . No excuse for this. It tasted ok, but I didn't know I was going to have to assemble all of this myself. If I had, I would have gone elsewhere.
