We started in Seneca and biked about 10 miles of the trail. There are signs to follow but we didn't see any signs informing us to turn, so have your phone ready to dbl-check the map. The trail winds behind the school and ends up next to the creek. Eventually you'll get to Montour where you should stop and check out the waterfall before continuing. The trail quickly becomes a rail-trail with a slight upward incline. Trail is packed gravel with some on-road in Montour and Seneca. Shaded and not too crowded. Enjoy!

The trail is very nice and quiet but there were a few annoying excavators that got in our way. There is a bathroom but it is just a pit with a seat and it smells bad.

A fun challenging trail through wooded areas. Undulating terrain. Not busy and many miles to travel if you like.
