I lived at this complex for 3yrs and never had any issues. However on today when l called to inquire about when will l receive my deposit things took a turn. When l spoke with the first young lady she was professional over all it was when she transferred me to older lady in the office where things got ugly. She was really rude to me over the phone and hung up on me before l could even finish asking what l had initially called in for she hung up on me. She stated they was no deposit being returned because they had to bring in a professional to patch the wall where the tvs were mounted in each room( living room, 2bedrooms). When l initially inquired about if l could mount tvs on to the wall it was told to me that we were able to do so, however when we move out to patch it up in which l did. My job wasn’t professional however l patched the wall upon move out. Besides that she said the Apt had to be cleaned.. l followed by saying l have pics to show each room was cleaned before we moved out.. she came back and said well the “cleaning is subjective” but we had to get the wall professionally repaired and painted and so on and so forth. All that to say they kept my deposit because l hung tvs on the wall in which they told me l could and l didn’t “professionally” repair the wall once l moved out.

I love it very quiet, clean, And the Maintenance is on point been here A year. Wish they were bigger overall very very nice.

I’m new to the complex, but wow how I love it. The staff in the office worked diligently to keep me abreast to all the things needed. I know that this place is a god send, quiet neighborhood and I love the extra security with the gate as well as the door to the apartments. I’m so grateful to have a place like this to raise my children in. Thanks again to the office staff you guys are deeply appreciated.
