Front desk refuses to put cameras in place despite issues with residents stealing mail. If you're on vacation and recieve mail, you must forward mail to a UPS holding center or P.O box because the leasing office refuses to hold mail under any circumstances. I had proof my neighbor downstairs was stealing my mail and the leasing office did nothing. An expensive mattress was stolen by a neighbor and ups won't deliver it to your door if you are not on the first floor. When I went downstairs to confront my neighbor, I saw the mail with my name on it sitting on her coffee table. I saw a lot of horrible things living here.. Including a neighbor igniting a car with lighter fluid (still have the video) on street parking only few feet away from the apartment.. the whole car blew up in flames 20 feet high in the air. two people were shot in the face across from my balcony, and an older woman, also a police officer, was pushed down the stairs in my unit screaming for her life. we had to call 911. Too much chaos for one year.

I love Harmony Oaks, I was displaced from Lake Charles in August 2021 and have been living in Harmony Oaks with my Daughter, I love the Townhouse, Maintenance attends to your requests promptly, Mrs. Iesha is very friendly and courteous, I love the Fitness Center, that just Opened back up!
