Sold me a broken car! It seems to be way to coincidental that the week after buying the car from them And only driving the car back from the dealership and one other time so a total of two times of driving after purchasing the vehicle from them that not only does a check engine light come on But the steering starts to make noises. Come to find out that there is an EVAP leak for the check engine light. And the rack and pinion need to be replaced on the vehicle. According to the mechanic these problems take time to occur and they were already a problem on the car before I bought it. I should have listened to my gut. When I kept getting told by the dealership “ oh we are just the middle men” “we Are just the middle man” over and over seemed a little sketch that they kept pushing that out there and also they couldn’t stress enough when signing the papers that it was “AS IS” which yes you say it to cover in case something does happen later down the line that the buyer could say was already a problem. But a week after the sale of the car!? and only being driven twice! The guy selling me the car was very offish and no customer service until the very end once the car was signed for. There was one guy I messaged with over offer up that seemed to have some nice customer service and was apologetic for the things that were taking long and what not but that was it. I got told by many people and family don’t trust them they just want that sale and didn’t listen and now I’m stuck with close to $1800 in mechanic bills directly after taking on a car for just under $21,000. I know people read these comments and make there decisions based on good ones a lot but I went in there like your average customer excited and overall from start to finish and now what I’m stuck with I would just not risk it there is so many different used car lots that weather it means looking another week or month it is worth it DO NOT GET YOUR CARS HERE! Will update if anyone reaches out to assist from there company with my car problems but I don’t see that happening.
