It has gone down hill. Been with them for 12+years. The new owners will most definitely lose my business. There are other UPS stores not own by the people who own this place. Got a box somewhere else. The people who own this UPS store should learn they are not the only place that offers there type of servers in town! P.S. will miss the workers there. They are awesome. The owners should learn from them.

Came in to get a life scan done and get a physical copy of my fingerprints to send in I informed the person working of my needs he said no problem I was charged for both services and asked 2 times to double check that I had copies of the fingerprints which I was assured I had copies. I paid for both. I arrived home and there was no copies of the fingerprints and when I called they said that they do not do physical copies only digital thats not what I was told and I was charged for it. So I was charged for a service I did not need. I would definitely go somewhere else for your live scan needs
